Sarah Molloy

After working for many years full time as an Operating Room Nurse Sarah Liz Walker decided to pick up a paint brush and experiment with painting in Gouache and some acrylic.

Some factors that inspired her to take her painting seriously were her grandfather Webster Nash, a watercolour artist from lake Taupo in New Zealand and her mother Jeannette Walker, an oil and watercolour artist. Both were well known in Wellington - New Zealand.

Sarah creates paintings that depict animals and plant life in different environments. She was also inspired by her son's love of giant toy insects when he was younger. Sarah paints with gouache and acrylic and uses fine ink pen.
