Orders and Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery of your order will depend on where you live and also if you are rural NZ. Courier deliveries in main metro areas of the NI are usually overnight and SI metro areas is 2 working days.

When you place an order via the website, there is an option to create an account at the checkout stage.

Entered the incorrect shipping details, no worries. Just reply to your original order confirmation email and let us have your updated delivery address. If your order has already been shipped, it may take longer to contact the courier company to sort this. If the package has already been delivered to the incorrect address, there may be a charge to have it uplifted and re-directed to you.

You will receive a number of email letting you know the status of your order from “On Hold” to “Processing” to “Completed”. Once your order has been dispatched, your will receive a tracking email from our courier service. These sometimes end up in the spam folder so check this first.

We make use of the trusted and secure payment services of Paypal who do not store your  credit card details. The safest way to make a payment is to use your own personal PayPal account to pay for your order.

We are obliged to charges GST on all sales within New Zealand.

Where possible, we will ship all items in the same package.

Our NZ sourced and manufactured frames use materials sourced from reputable manufacturers & suppliers within NZ. Frame mouldings are manufactured from quality renewable NZ pine.

When planning to hang your new prints from Art Collective, you may want to know the outer dimensions of the frames:

Please note hat these sizes may vary by 0.5cm.

Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly replace your print if it has been damaged in transit or there are any defects. Just send us an email to support @ artcollective.co.nz with your order details including order number and attach any supporting images. Shopping over the internet can be a bit tricky so if you are unhappy with your choice once the print arrives, we can offer you a store credit to the same value as soon as the print has been returned to us in good condition.

Oops, we may have shipped the wrong item. These things sometimes happen and we apologies. Just reply to your original order confirmation with the details and attach a pic of the incorrect print/s. We’ll arrange for the courier to collect the items and get them back to the studio. Once these have been received, we’ll dispatch the correct items as per your original order.

We take care in packaging your print in a secure and robust manner but sometimes even this is no match for events that may occur. We’ll gladly replace your print if your print has been damaged in transit or there are any defects. Just send us an email to support@artcollective.co.nz with your order details including order number and attach any supporting images.

Any item that needs to be returned to us can be sent to our physical address listed on the Contact Us page.

You can change or cancel your order before we begin to process it. Just reply to your order confirmation email and let bus have the details/changes. Once we have confirmed the order changes or cancelation, we’ll sort out the refund/payment details with you.
