Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery of your order will depend on where you live and also if you are rural NZ. Courier deliveries in main metro areas of the NI are usually overnight and SI metro areas are usually 2 working days.

We will gladly replace your print if it has been damaged in transit or there are any defects. Just send us an email to support @ artcollective.co.nz with your order details including order number and attach any supporting images. Shopping over the internet can be a bit tricky so if you are unhappy with your choice once the print arrives, we can offer you a store credit to the same value as soon as the print has been returned to us in good condition.

Entered the incorrect shipping details, no worries. Just reply to your original order confirmation email and let us have your updated delivery address. If your order has already been shipped, it may take longer to contact the courier company to sort this. If the package has already been delivered to the incorrect address, there may be a charge to gat it uplifted and re-directed to you.

You will receive a number of emails letting you know the status of your order from “On Hold” to “Processing” to “Completed”. Once your order has been dispatched, your will receive a tracking email from our courier service. These sometimes end up in the spam folder so check this first.

Where possible, we will combine shipping to save you money and save a bit of carbon at the same time.

Your print is made using the highest quality archival pigments. As with any image, the longevity will depend on the conditions under which it is stored or displayed. If your print is hung in an area that is dry and well venerated and does not receive any direct sunlight, it should last for many decades.

In our experience and according to many experts, the best place to hang any artwork is out of direct sunlight in a dry and well ventilated location.

Your print represents a investment in art and is well worth taking good care of. If you have purchased an un-framed print, either store it in a sealed environment that is clean and dry or get it framed as soon as possible. Sealing the back of the frame will prevent most bugs from making a home in the gaps.

All Art Collective giclée prints are made with the highest quality materials. This ensures that they will be around for a long time if stored or hung in the correct conditions. These should be out of direct sunlight, well ventilated  and free of any moisture.
