Robyn Moxey

Hello, I have pleasure in introducing myself to you. I have three beautiful adult daughters, two in Auckland and the youngest in Australia. I live, with my husband Francis, on the shores of Lake Pupuke in Takapuna, Auckland, NZ, in the house we built 43 years ago. I have been painting for most of this time, always with the support and encouragement of my family. My passion started with lessons for over ten years with Robert Campion who I credit with the quality of paintings I produce today. I have always been very creative in not only painting, but 'a bit crafty' as well: knitting, sewing, writing poetry and baking. I did cake decorating for quite a long while as well. For the last 10 years I have been kept busy with five grandchildren who get long banners or posters painted for their birthdays, Barbie and baby doll outfits knitted and sewn for them and I always love making and decorating their birthday cakes. My paintings which are quite varied - some in a fantasy theme "Fruitiverse" (dreamed up on an art weekend when away with my daughter in the Coromandel) and some are more 'down to Earth'. But I have loved painting all of them and I hope you enjoy them.
