The last piece in my Be Kind series is inspired by Roy Lichtenstein’s 1964 “Ohhhh….Alright..” pop art masterpiece.

I am convinced this statement “Be Kinder than You Feel” is even more important than ever. We need to be kinder to one another, to our family, to strangers, to ourselves.

With Covid disrupting our world and the instability it has caused everyone: lockdowns, isolation, mental health issues, and overload on the health system, vaccine debates, protests, business insecurity, and money worries – constant uncertainty makes life pretty stressful.

But no matter how stressed we are, we need to practice kindness. Imagine a world where everyone was kinder that they felt.  It would be quite a different place.
