We will gladly replace your print if it has been damaged in transit or there are any defects. Just send us an email to support @ artcollective.co.nz with your order details including order number and attach any supporting images. Shopping over the internet can be a bit tricky so if you are unhappy with your choice once the print arrives, we can offer you a store credit to the same value as soon as the print has been returned to us in good condition in the original packaging.
