Pen and Ink on Paper – Original Drawing Size : A4
This piece is a selection from a series of 6 exploratory drawings investigating surrealistic integration of natural systems and our built environment.
Heritage areas generate new jobs in environment and ecosystem control, restricting ‘hyper growth’ fauna from damaging infrastructure and heritage. Smaller scale technological interventions, splicing with ecological matter encourage the propagation of moss and vines throughout damaged areas. Restructuring damaged buildings and infrastructure, creating an evolving subtle aesthetic embraced as an equal response from both humanity and nature in an effort to preserve failing or damaged systems.
